Where is your office located?

We are located on the corner of Coffee Road and Princewood Lane.  Just one block south of the Coffee Road/Sylvan Avenue intersection.  See Map

How can I see the inside of a property?

Call us and we will set up an appointment for you to see the inside of a unit.  If the unit is listed as "available now" we can schedule an appointment Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.  If a unit is not listed as "available now", we cannot show it until the availability date stated.

What do I need to do to rent a unit?

After you have found a unit that you like, we will give you an application to fill out and return to our office.

How do I get an application?

You can pick one up in our office.  Or you can download an application here on our web site.  Click here, application, for the download page.  (You will need a pdf file reader such as; Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader, Foxit PDF Reader or eXPert PDF Reader to see and print this application.  These are free downloads if you don't already have such on your computer.)

Is there a charge for the application?

There is a $20 fee to process an application. 

We're married.  Do we need one application or two?

Two.  Every adult (18 years or older) who intends to occupy the unit, needs a separate application.   Marital status does not matter.

What do I need to qualify for the unit?

You need to have been with the same employer for at least four months.  Your monthly gross income must be verifiable and at least two and a half times the rent amount.  You need to have a good rental history and a good credit history.

Can I qualify if I have an eviction on my record?

Sorry.  We cannot qualify you if you have an eviction on your record.

Can I qualify if I have a bankruptcy on my record?

If your bankruptcy has been discharged.   There is a possibility you can qualify.   (Provided your employment, income and rental histories are adequate).

Can I get someone to co-sign for me if I do not qualify on my own?

Sorry, we do not work with co-signers.

Do you accept the Section 8 program?

Some of our units qualify for the Section 8 program.  It will state specifically in the unit description if it does.   If there is no mention about Section 8, the unit does not qualify for the program.

Do any of your units accept pets?

Some do.  It will state specifically in the unit description if pets are accepted or not.

How long does it take to process an application?

We can usually process an application within two business days. 

Do I have to sign a lease?

All units are on a nine month lease unless otherwise noted.
